Minimizes punching time
The user can set the
priorities so that the part is tooled using the least number of hits.
The Auto Tool feature uses feature recognition to determine the best
tool to be used based on predefined parameters in the tooling database,
such as permissible edge quality, least number of hits, etc.

Utilizes tool library
Our punch tooling is
automatic and can use a fixed turret configuration or access the entire
tool library, or a combination, whichever the user wishes. If the user
wants to use specific tools on certain part features he/she has the
option of storing that information with the part.

Minimizes tool changes
The user can establish a
priority scheme that specifies the sequence of tool use. If certain
tools have to be used before others, the user can set those priorities.
Tools and dies can be specified by material code and thickness.

Decreases cleanup process
By utilizing the entire
tool library TruPUNCH selects the best tool for permissible edge
quality. Therefore producing a clean edge and decreasing cleanup.
